Disneyland

Yay!!!! Disneyland. Geoff and I decided awhile ago we would take Grey to Disneyland on his birthday. (June 26) We then decided that would be a little crazy with dland on friday, small bday celebration saturday and leave for Hawaii Monday... way too much. So we decided to go on this past Saturday. Geoff got 2 $100 amex gift cards through his business credit card points program (free to us) so we were off. We had recently heard that disneyland was doing a new pass holders payment plan for Southern california residents. So we decided to sign up. It is the best thing ever... pretty much you pay a days admission ($69 each, on our Amex gift card free) then you pick which pass you want and they take your debit/or credit card and they take out a monthly payment from that= $16/month per ticket and you can add parking too!!!! Best deal ever!!!! It gets you into Disneyland and California Adventure. So we did all the paperwork and headed into the park with $61 left on the amex cards. We went to have our pictures printed on our new passes and away we went. We went straight to Pirates of the Caribbean, Geoff really wanted to go on it with Grey. We had brought Greys pirate hat with us, super cute!

The line of Pirates was only five minutes which means you are at a continuous walk the entire time, it was great.

But we had no tears, he just held Geoffs had the whole time. When the ride was over he clapped... maybe this meant he enjoyed it, maybe it meant he was glad it was over =)

So after about 4 hours of fun, Grey finally took a snooze in the stroller. Daddy and I (Daddy mostly) came up with the fabulous idea to go over to California Adventure to sit down and have a drink. The sun was just deciding to peek through the wonderful June gloom clouds, and we got to enjoy the heat.

Then back to Disneyland for the Jungle Cruise, always a good ride and it had noooo line, weird

Any mom who has gone to Dland knows about the choo choo ride, we went on it twice, and Grey demands to sit over by himself cause he is a BIG boy

If you look at Greys face you can see he was having a bit of an allergy attack towards the last half of dland. His nose was super itchy...

So we headed home around 4pm... it was a fun, long family day and I am super excited Grey and I can now make Fridays together our Dland day!!!!

Now, its Monday and Greyson is SICK!!!! Freaking Dland, haha germs galore, even with putting antibacterial stuff on his hands a hundred times. He woke up this morning with a super boogery nose and a fever. Fabulous.
