Get ready for a long post... we will see if I get through it all tonight. Well, Greyson and I got to go to Hawaii with Daddy to visit Grammy and Poppa Moysa. Geoff is still in Hawaii for another two weeks so Grey and I are so thankful we got to spend his first week in Hawaii together. So we decided to make our life easier by staying at the Hampton Inn up by LAX. Here are a few photos of our stay there:
We got Grey used to wearing headphones so he could watch his Dvds
Then we finally arrived in Honolulu.... yay!!! Grammy was there to greet us...
Once we got to Grammy and Poppa's house in Waialua we were off to the beach. It was about 1:30pm and perfect. This is Geoff and Grey playing in the water at Turtle Bay.
Then we headed back for some time with Poppa. It took Grey a little while to warm up to Terry... but it happened and they had a nice dinner together.
We were lucky enough to get Grey on a great sleeping schedule right away. He was sleeping in longer then us which is so rare. Here are a few photos of a morning with just Geoff, Grey and I.
Got to love this photo... its three generations of Moysa men. It was another day we spent at Turtle Bay... as you can see, it is a great beach for kids. The waves don't come in past the rocks.
Here is just a pretty photo I captured while Geoff and I were watching Pipe. One palm tree for me, and one for him. xoxo babe
We had to go to McDonalds for breakfast one morning... it is a tradition for Geoff to have a hawaiian McDonalds breakfast. I know, weird, but they do serve different food there. I believe Geoff had eggs, rice and spam... no comment!!! haha
Greyson has his usual eggs, pancakes, sausage and ketchup on the side.
On Friday Geoff, Grey and I took a family day just the three of us. We went to Ko Olina... my favorite spot to go with Grey. It is a local access beach at the Marriot and it is just so pretty. We had a blast. Grey slept on the way there which was perfect, cause then he was ready to go.
Daddy loving the water
How classic is Greys face... Geoff said... look at the waves and that was his response. Another great photo with me and Grey
Sweet cheeks
We made Greyson a bathtub on the beach. What could be better?
And then this is just another great photo of our little boy.
We are so thankful for the experience to make so many great memories. No trip goes without a little stress, and this trip was no different. But it was amazing to see Hawaii through Greyson's eyes... his big, beautiful eyes. Greyson we love you so much and thanks for making this trip so much more magical. Mommy and Daddy love you and I know Daddy is counting down the days til he gets home....
