Brody is here!!!!
Brody Michael has arrived!!!! Celina and Mike were true warriors yesterday. Celina was induced at 7am and began her journey through her second experience with labor. This one was far different then the first one. She was faced with many challenges... a horrible doctor whom administered her epidural, which only took on the right side, temporarily paralysising her right leg. A drop in her blood pressure to drastically low levels. Experiencing pain throughout the day, fighting off all fears and pushing 6 times like a champ to get Brody out who was experiencing a low heart rate. The little guy made his arrival known at 5:05pm with the cord wrapped around his neck! Mike stood by Celina's side all day, staying strong and being soooo supportive. The poor guy watched helplessly while Celina endured so many fearful situations, but together they made it through and all are doing really well. Welcome Brody... it is so great to finally meet you!!!

Merry Christmas Eve
Christmas Eve we always go to my parents house... it is a traditon I love. This year was so much fun cause it was far more mellow then usual. We cut down on the amount of people, not that we don't love all our family, but the extended family is growing quickly and it just gets too hectic. So this year it was just my immediate family, Nana and Papa and my Aunt Leighs family. We had yummy food, good wine, loud conversation, opened presents and walked to the famous Charlie Brown house.

cutest cousins ever
This was just another really fun night at Auntie C and Uncle Mike's house. The kids ate dinner, played, took a bubble bath, made reindeer cookies, ate them and sang a reindeer song. It was super fun!!! Merry Xmas....

Holiday baking at Gamma's
Greyson and I went to my moms house today to do some holiday baking. We had so much fun. Auntie C and Maddy were there too. We each took on one project. My mom made banana bread, C and Maddy made toffee bars and Grey and I made Zuchinni Bread. Pretty nifty!!! We all can't wait to try them out. Mom is going to package a little bit of all of them so we can take a little package home to each house. Greyson and Maddy were big helpers. And we were very proud of them, how they each stood very carefully on Gamma's chairs and kept there hands on the counter if we stepped away for a sec. Greyson wasn't too fond of the apron... I think he knew it was a bit girly. The minute my mom got it on he wanted it off.

Keeping mommy entertained
I haven't been feeling well so my little man has been up to the challenge to cheer me up. Here he is this morning playing with his jingle bell he snaked from Gamma's house. As you can see the winter weather is not cooperating with his face. He is all red and chapped, poor little guy. Well, I hope to be feeling better soon and I am sure Grey does too.

Ho Ho Ho
It's definately Christmas time at our house. I love this season... thank goodness for the holiday cheer seen all around town, cause not having Geoff here for most of the month is no fun. We had set up the Christmas tree before we left for Hawaii... yes it's a fakey!!! and I love it!!!! So when Greyson and I got back I had some finishing touches to do. Here is some of our decor... I will have to take a picture of the sign I made for the front door. I forgot to do that before I loaded the photos... just means another post.

Greyson being silly... that's his funny face

Hawaii 2008
Get ready for a long post... we will see if I get through it all tonight. Well, Greyson and I got to go to Hawaii with Daddy to visit Grammy and Poppa Moysa. Geoff is still in Hawaii for another two weeks so Grey and I are so thankful we got to spend his first week in Hawaii together. So we decided to make our life easier by staying at the Hampton Inn up by LAX. Here are a few photos of our stay there:
We got Grey used to wearing headphones so he could watch his Dvds
Then we finally arrived in Honolulu.... yay!!! Grammy was there to greet us...
Once we got to Grammy and Poppa's house in Waialua we were off to the beach. It was about 1:30pm and perfect. This is Geoff and Grey playing in the water at Turtle Bay.
We had to go to McDonalds for breakfast one morning... it is a tradition for Geoff to have a hawaiian McDonalds breakfast. I know, weird, but they do serve different food there. I believe Geoff had eggs, rice and spam... no comment!!! haha
Greyson has his usual eggs, pancakes, sausage and ketchup on the side.
On Friday Geoff, Grey and I took a family day just the three of us. We went to Ko Olina... my favorite spot to go with Grey. It is a local access beach at the Marriot and it is just so pretty. We had a blast. Grey slept on the way there which was perfect, cause then he was ready to go.
We are so thankful for the experience to make so many great memories. No trip goes without a little stress, and this trip was no different. But it was amazing to see Hawaii through Greyson's eyes... his big, beautiful eyes. Greyson we love you so much and thanks for making this trip so much more magical. Mommy and Daddy love you and I know Daddy is counting down the days til he gets home....

Thanksgiving
Me and my honey
I know it is a little late, but I never had time to post our thanksgiving day festivities so here they are. We had a really fun day at my Nana and Papa's house. It was super rainy so the mens golf match was canceled. We all had fun indoors, watching football, watching Nana cook and watching Greyson and Maddy playing. At the end of the day the sun came out and we went down to the Koa pond in Nana and Papa's community.
